HAHA! Judging by the people I see (and one or two that I work with!) every day, obviously spelling is not a high priority. He's probably way more qualified.

Most of my employees cannot spell, so heck the fact that he KNOWS this puts him ahead of those fools! He is cute too so that also would make him a HUGE hit, wanna move to Seattle? He could totally get a job at my store. We don't pay a lot, but heck it could help pay the rent!
